These timeframes begin once your order has shipped. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or customs.

Once your order is shipped you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number (where available)
You can track your package via the carrier’s website.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a package is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Failed delivery attempts
Unclaimed at the post office
You’ll be contacted with options:
Reship the order (customer pays new shipping)
Refund minus original shipping cost
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Provide your order number and photos if damaged.
We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging are intact
Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ackhiii.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Return charges apply.
The following items are non-returnable:
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Ackhiii is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
If you need a different size or item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check with your bank or payment provider
